We ship to anywhere in the United States.

Absolutely! As soon as we ship your order, you should receive a tracking code via email.

Yes, shipping is calculated based on your shipping location. 

We will ship your box within the first week of every quarter via USPS.

We ship from eastern PA via USPS First class. 

If you are concerned your shipment may be lost please contact us here with your tracking information and order number so we can help you out.

Please be sure to include your order number or name the subscription is under so we can address your question as soon as possible!

You can do this by logging into your Ultra Matcha account and changing your payment information and shipping address.

If you are looking to make a return for the subscription box, we offer a refund when the unused product is sent back. Please email us and we can help you out.

Please note that refunds for quarterly subscriptions will be prorated based on the amount of boxes you've received.

Don't like a product from our Shop? Just send it back for a refund within 14 days of receiving the package.

You are billed for your first box when you sign up and on the 15th of every month following that.

Log in to your account at ultramatcha.shop and hit the skip shipment or cancel button.

If you've cancelled and are ready to come back, simply login to your account and click the "Reactivate" button.

Please note: If you cancel it does not cancel or refund any open orders/shipments you may have, it will just cancel the auto-renew.
