Every once and a while, you want to level up your Matcha game. This is the recipe to give you that cutting edge.
Asides from the obvious benefits you get from Matcha, this Matcha Royale recipe is extra rich in flavor and velvety texture with coconut oil and grassfed butter. This really gets my appetite satisfied with an abundantly savory experience that leaves one in a stupor of amazement, questioning whether you just drank Matcha or butter. Hit the ground running for the long haul, by stabilizing your energy levels over a longer period of time, curbing your hunger and cravings.
Personally, I find myself to be quite satisfied over the course of the morning drinking just Matcha Royale. Don't be fooled, I love eating breakfast, but sometimes I'm in a rush after an packed morning of yoga, quickly showering, and making it just in time to work! This gives me that clean energy I need to get me through to lunch, when I get my next breather.

THIS IS HOW YOU GET IT DONE, SON:
1 tsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Grassfed Butter
6 oz. Filtered Water
1 Electric Matcha frother
1 8 oz. (or larger) mug
- Get your water ready at 175° F. In our household, we have a water boiler that keeps our water hot and ready at this temperature (we drink a lot of Matcha). If you don't have a water boiler or electric kettle, you can boil your water on the stove and then let it cool approximately 2 minutes before using it to make your tea.
- Next, add approximately half of the water, 3 oz., into the frothing pitcher. Then add in the butter and coconut oil. Using the electric frother, get these ingredients nicely emulsified so you get a creamy water base.
- Then comes the Summit Matcha. Add this to the creamy mixture you just made and froth the Matcha until you get a nice thick and foamy top, similar to what you would see in a latte.
- Add in the remaining 3 oz. of water that was originally unused and set aside.
- Pour into that favorite mug of yours and enjoy!
